From construction needs to lasting service
Shared community elevators can begin with a new installation, a replacement or an existing operation. Parties first agree on investment, authorized use and service duties; partners building independently can also purchase the software and hardware solution.

Add a lift
Residents can first assess whether a project is feasible, then decide how to build, use and manage the elevator over time.
↗02Replace a lift
A replacement is more than new equipment. Equipment condition, resident mobility, funding and future maintenance belong in the plan from the start.
↗03Long-term operation
Handover is only the beginning. Safe, documented service makes access, maintenance and cost responsibilities traceable over time.
↗04Software and hardware
For elevator investors, builders and operators, we offer the Elevbus software platform and supporting equipment. Purchase, deployment and integration can be arranged by project; both parties agree on scope and price.
↗Adding a lift to an older building
Assess the building and site, owner support and local procedures before agreeing on funding, ownership, use and upkeep. Pay-per-use access is an option only where project conditions support it.
Replacing an existing lift
Assess equipment, disruption during construction, funding and future maintenance together. Fare collection and entrusted settlement may be configured under the project agreement.
Operating over the long term
Ride records, bills, repair orders and settlement records support daily management. The scope of service follows the specific commission.
Software and hardware: purchased by project
Partners with existing elevator projects or their own investment plans can purchase the Elevbus software platform and supporting equipment. Both sides define the delivery list, deployment, integration and technical support based on the elevators and existing systems.
