Access linked to people and households
A community lift serves many households. The platform records who may use it and within what scope, helping each project manage access under its agreement.

Resident requests and floor access
Residents can register an address and floor for lift use. Project managers review requests and link approved users to the relevant lifts and floors. Required documents, reviewers and access scope follow the project's guidance.
Family and relative links
Household accounts distinguish account holders from relatives and support adding members, removing links and changing account holders. A project can use these links to define access and who pays for a ride.
Visitor access and personal data
The system supports QR codes, face recognition and visitor authorization, but projects need not use the same method. Visitor limits, data handling and privacy notices follow the configuration and applicable rules.
