Turn service terms into reviewable bills
Construction, operation and maintenance may involve different parties. Service bills record the commissioned work and cost arrangements so they can be checked against the agreement.
Register the commission first
The system can record the provider, service type, agreed amount, subsidy, settlement method and term. Prepayment or usage-based settlement must follow the actual contract; the platform does not choose for the parties.
Connect terms with eligible usage
Where project rules allow it, ride orders may contribute to commissioned-service calculations. Bills also track amounts due, payments and review status. Not every ride order enters a service bill.
Keep a trail of payments and differences
The platform can record online or offline payments and bill review. If amounts differ, responsible parties can compare the agreement, orders and bill details before resolving the issue under their terms.
